SEA Construction remodeled this 25x50 feet appartment complex concrete pool in Mobile, Al. The concrete pool is 25 feet wide and 50 feet long.
Everything removed but the concrete
We did demo the entire pool and kept the concrete shell. We removed the old concrete deck, coping, pool lights, skimmers, plaster and so on.
New Diamon Bride Blue Plaster
SEA Construction installed 35000 sq ft of new pavers, new coping, lights. Lastly, time for Diamon Bride Blue Plaster.
Commercial Pool Remodel Price
SEA Construction & Landscape always stand for transparent pricing. We charged $48,000 for entire renovation - labor, material, customer paid for the pavers.
Cost of the deck
Customer provided the pavers, we charged $20,000 for labor.
Cost of the gunite upgrade
The demo, new coping, stairs, lights, skimmers and new plaster $28,000.
